Keep your home safe and secure with the Bold SX-33 Smart Door Lock with Connect Control Hub. You'll have the option of using the Bold app on your phone or a PIN code to open the lock, so you'll no longer have to worry about leaving your keys at home.

With the Bold Connect you'll also be able to control the lock remotely over the internet. This is ideal if you have several Bold smart locks, as the Connect can be used to control up to 25 locks located within its range.

Keeping you in control

End-to-end data encryption and two-factor authentication means only you and the people you trust can unlock the door. The Bold app also gives you insights into all lock activities, so you'll know who's going in and out of your home.

Self-installation made easy

The SX-33 has an inside measurement of 35 mm, and you can extend the outside of the lock up to 45 mm in length. Everything can easily be installed without the need for professional help.

Delivering large items

If you're getting a large item delivered to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block, our team will only be able to decide if they can safely deliver it when they arrive.

Our FREE order & collect service

You can now order your small item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within the date of your selected delivery option.

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
