The Coravin sparkling wine preservation system has a special stopper that fits snugly on most sparkling wine bottles. Pop the stopper on the open bottle, press it down firmly - that's it, your bubbles are good for up to 4 weeks. Plus, with the LED CO2 indicator, you can easily see when your bottle is fully charged or needs a new capsule.
