With EcoTank there are no cartridges to replace, just large tanks of ink that you top up from low-cost bottles. A full set of inks is included, so you can start printing right away. Thanks to WiFi connectivity, you don't have to be anywhere near the printer to use it.

You can order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online, you may generally return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and, where possible, in its original packaging. See “Product Information” dropdown for exclusions.
If you purchased in store, you can return your item within 30 days in its unopened and sealed packaging along with proof of purchase (excludes connected products with airtime, such as a mobile phone, sim contract or broadband connection*).
