This Falcon electric bike will get you and your gear wherever you're headed. It's got 5 power assist modes that are perfect for tackling hills or flat terrain - powered by a Bafang rear hub motor. There's a walk mode too, which is great for walking your bike up hills. The integrated lockable battery can be charged on or off the bike, so you'll be ready for your next ride. Its pannier rack is great for carrying luggage. It's ergonomically designed with a Selle Mio saddle. Plus, with a range of up to 40 miles, you can get off the beaten track and back without running out of power.

Delivering large items

If you're getting a large item delivered to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block, our team will only be able to decide if they can safely deliver it when they arrive.
You can let us know at the checkout for any limitations (e.g. no lift, nearest parking) you may have.

Our FREE order & collect service

You can now order your small item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within the date of your selected delivery option.

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

Large items

Large item returns or refunds can only be processed by contacting us or website, these items cannot be returned to store. You will be contacted by a third-party courier to arrange a collection slot at your convenience. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.
