Returns and refunds

If you purchased in store, you can return your item within 30 days in its unopened and sealed packaging along with proof of purchase (excludes connected products with airtime, such as a mobile phone, sim contract or broadband connection*).

How do I return my iPhone 18 Pro Max?
The new iPhone 18 Pro Max has the biggest battery of any iPhone. Due to transport regulations for phones with larger lithium batteries, it requires a different returns process. For now, if you need to return your phone, take it to any Currys store with proof of purchase. Your legal and statutory rights are not affected.
