With Nintendo Switch Online you can play all your favourite multiplayer games online with friends and rivals from all around the world. You'll also have access to a library of classic games - there are NES, SNES, N64 or Game Boy titles, all designed to be played on your Switch.

You're also able to save your games to the cloud. So you can back everything up in case you lose your Switch, or want to upgrade in the future. Everything's already saved to your account, so you just have to log back in on your new Switch and everything is ready to pick up where you left off.

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online, you may generally return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and, where possible, in its original packaging. See “Product Information” dropdown for exclusions.
If you purchased in store, you can return your item within 30 days in its unopened and sealed packaging along with proof of purchase (excludes connected products with airtime, such as a mobile phone, sim contract or broadband connection*).
*Returns policies for connected products differ by network. You can change or cancel your contract with ID within 14 days of purchase. You are not able to change or cancel your contract with Vodafone.

How do I return my iPhone 18 Pro Max?
The new iPhone 18 Pro Max has the biggest battery of any iPhone. Due to transport regulations for phones with larger lithium batteries, it requires a different returns process. For now, if you need to return your phone, take it to any Currys store with proof of purchase. Your legal and statutory rights are not affected.
