Control your plug socket remotely with the Wiz Connected Smart Plug. Plug this device in your wall socket, connect it to your WiFi router using your smartphone or tablet and control whatever you plug in it from wherever you are.

This socket connects to your router independently and does not require any hub or additional hardware. You only need to plug it in and download the WiZ app to pair your phone with the socket for easy and intuitive controls.

As long as your router is turned on, you can control this socket from wherever you are using your smartphone. This means there's loads of scenarios where you'll find it useful. Not only can you turn the coffee machine on while still in bed, but you can turn on the lights when out of home to deter burglars.

You can order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.
Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome!
Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online, you may generally return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and, where possible, in its original packaging. See “Product Information” dropdown for exclusions.
If you purchased in store, you can return your item within 30 days in its unopened and sealed packaging along with proof of purchase (excludes connected products with airtime, such as a mobile phone, sim contract or broadband connection*).
*Returns policies for connected products differ by network. You can change or cancel your contract with ID within 14 days of purchase. You are not able to change or cancel your contract with Vodafone.
